Darrian made finding a home seem easy and painless. He didn’t waste my time. He completely focused on finding options that fit my needs. He made me feel like priority number 1. I had my eye on what I thought was good option but Darrian was knowledgeable, insightful and help me avoid a bad deal. The house was great but he pointed things out to consider when it comes to safety and if I ever choose to sell. I was against a new build but he found one at a great price and spacious which is rare in vegas. I was looking at least 3bed, 3bath and 3car. He found me 5bed( room are not tiny) 3bath, 3car with a bonus room. We came in 50k under my budget. I will use Darrian again when I buy a 2nd home or investment property.
